To all our patrons,

In 1987, I started at Century 21 Four Seasons Inc. Given my success in real estate, real estate brokerage firms were reaching out to me, and my choice stopped at Trans-Action Immeubles.

In 1989, I decided to spread my wings. That's when I became the owner of the Trans-Action Immeubles Rive-Nord Inc. franchise.

In 2004, Trans-Action Group Inc. sold its franchises to Royal LePage.

That's when I decided to operate under the name Les Immeubles Francine Daviault et fille Inc.

Daniel Daviault, my husband since 1971, also became a real estate broker in 1989 until 2016, when he decided to temporarily suspend his license and continue as a photographer for Les Immeubles Francine Daviault et fille Inc.

Our primary goal is to make families happy through the acquisition or sale of their property.

We are passionate about real estate and dedicated 7 days a week. As of June 2025, we have successfully listed and sold over 3,399 properties — verifiable and quantifiable at my office. I can evaluate your property virtually or in person by appointment, with pleasure, 7 days a week.
